Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a facilities leader with experience managing complex environments to oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our physical assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery and performance of facilities management services
  • Ensure building systems run seamlessly and maintain grounds and car parks
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies for cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable facility performance
  • Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance across all facilities
  • Build strong relationships with clinical site leaders, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Manage the CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
  • Monitor performance and deliver continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
A collaborative and hands-on facilities leader with experience managing complex healthcare or institutional environments. A deep understanding of building systems and an eye for detail when it comes to compliance, safety, and presentation is required.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Graduate Engineering degree or a minimum technical trade qualification with substantial facilities management experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management or similar
  • Certification or membership with a professional FM body is desirable
  • Project Management or Business Management experience is highly regarded
