Drilling Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Manager to oversee drilling activities and personnel at our mine site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring mine safety and production targets are achieved in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee drilling and associated activities in accordance with the plan.
  • Manage all safety aspects of drilling operations and ensure a safe work place is maintained.
  • Manage shift resources and manning levels to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of drilled stock is safely achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum C Class Manual Driver's Licence and relevant tickets.
  • Previous Supervisory experience and the ability to read and understand mine plans.
  • Knowledge of the WHS Act and WHS (Mines) Regulations, along with a strong commitment to safety.
