Job Title: Supervisor DrillingAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drill Supervisor to join our team at Eliwana mine. As a key member of our drilling operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee drilling and associated activities in accordance with plans and directions from the Drill & Blast Superintendent
  • Manage all safety aspects of drilling operations and maintain a safe work environment using business processes and tools
  • Manage shift resources and manning levels to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of drilled stock is safely achieved
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality outputs are achieved at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in drilling and supervisory roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand mine plans
  • Knowledge of WHS Act and WHS (Mines) Regulations
  • Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence and relevant tickets
