Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to manage our portfolio of national key accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our most important customers, providing superior service and support.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external customers
- Performing various data entry, integrity checks, and analysis
- Identifying and resolving queries within required timelines
- Maintaining NKA contractual and administrative requirements, including account set up, reporting, invoicing, and servicing
To excel in this position, you must have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Self-sufficiency, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close-knit team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
