We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide Level 1 and 2 support for Graile, a core enterprise administration platform used across Asia Pacific operations.

This is not a traditional IT support role. Instead, you will be working closely with business users to support a mission-critical business application, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolving functional issues, and contributing to system enhancements and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support to business users of the Graile application.
  • Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with system testing, release deployments, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage application user access and reporting.
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements
  1. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
  2. At least one year's experience in a business application support or functional support role.
  3. A strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to enterprise systems.
  4. Experience with issue triaging, root cause analysis, and user support.
  5. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
