Business Application Support Role

This position is responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support for our core enterprise administration platform used across Asia Pacific operations.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business users to support mission-critical business applications, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolving functional issues, and contributing to system enhancements and testing.

  • Provide functional support to business users of the application
  • Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with system testing, release deployments, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage application user access and reporting
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to enterprise systems, as well as experience with issue triaging, root cause analysis, and user support.

Desirable qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field and minimum 1 year's experience in a business application support role.
