Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Specialist
An accomplished system expert is required to oversee the implementation, management, and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system across global operations.
About the PositionThis is a mid-senior level role responsible for ensuring our ERP system aligns with and supports key business functions including finance, operations, HR, and sales. You will lead ERP-related projects, provide expert guidance to end-users, and drive continuous improvement across our systems through process optimization, system integration, and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the selection, implementation, and customization of ERP systems
  • Maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality
  • Integration of ERP with internal and external business systems for unified operations and streamlined workflows
  • Leadership of data extraction and reporting initiatives to inform business decisions
  • Training and support to end-users on system usage and best practices
  • Maintenance of data accuracy and integrity through quality control measures
  • Collaboration across departments to align ERP capabilities with business needs and goals

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a systems manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in Epicor ERP, particularly in financial management, sales management, production management, and material management
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming experience for data analysis and manipulation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query) for data visualization and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM for sales and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
