Job Title: Human Resources Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support and business partnering in our Western Australia operations.

  • Based in Osborne Park, this role is ideal for a true human resources generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • As a trusted member of the HR Team, you will work closely with senior management and the broader people and capability team to identify and facilitate effective people management strategies.
  • You will manage employee grievances and complaints, ensuring consistency and adherence to legislation and organisational values.
  • Provide confidential advice on human resources matters, including policies, terms and conditions of employment, and employee benefits.
  • Facilitate effective meetings and participate in site audits/visits to build strong working relationships.

What You Bring:
Aside from having similar exposure in a similar HR generalist role, you are a people person and a passionate self-starter with common sense and emotional intelligence. You have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a human resources advisor / business partner role.
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in computers (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS etc.) and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise demands in a fast-paced environment.
