Strategic Harm Prevention Leader

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of workplace safety by driving harm prevention strategies that protect lives.
The successful candidate will lead specialist compliance programs, combining regulatory rigour with practical risk-based interventions, and collaborate with industry leaders, co-regulators, and government partners to design and deliver initiatives that promote harm prevention.
- Lead and shape specialist compliance programs that combine regulatory requirements with practical, risk-based interventions.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that drive harm reduction.
- Provide expert advice on emerging risks and critical safety matters to senior executives and ministers.
- Champion innovation in regulatory practice, leveraging data and intelligence to target high-risk sectors and emerging hazards.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven strategic leadership in regulatory or compliance environments, ideally with a focus on harm prevention or public safety. You should have a deep understanding of risk management frameworks and data-driven decision-making, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
