Base pay range

A$239,483.00/yr - A$263,586.00/yr



What You'll Do
  • Shape and lead specialist compliance programs that combine regulatory rigour with practical, risk-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders, co-regulators, and government partners to design and deliver initiatives that drive real behavioural change.
  • Provide expert advice to senior executives and ministers on emerging risks and critical safety matters.
  • Champion innovation in regulatory practice, leveraging data and intelligence to target high-risk sectors and emerging hazards.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring
  • Proven strategic leadership in regulatory or compliance environments, ideally with a focus on harm prevention or public safety.
  • Deep understanding of risk management frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across government, industry, and community sectors.
  • Experience leading complex programs and teams in high-stakes environments.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to emerging workplace risks.
