Job Description

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual seeking to gain valuable experience in the legal sector? We are looking for a Part-Time/Casual law student/graduate or experienced paralegal to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected firm, learn from experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting with property law and conveyancing matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, managing client files, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property law and conveyancing matters.
  • Prepare and review legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide case support.
  • Manage client files and communications.
  • Perform other legal and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current student or recent graduate of a law program or experienced paralegal.
  • Experience with e-conveyance platform is preferred.
  • Knowledge of property law and conveyancing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
