Role Summary

We excel in producing and supplying large-scale plastic and metal packaging for both consumer and industrial markets.

As a pivotal member of the customer service team, you will act as the vital link between our clients and on-site stakeholders. You will collaborate within a dynamic and supportive environment to ensure a seamless and positive experience for a diverse customer base.

This position involves engaging with internal teams and clients to provide comprehensive support, from order processing to delivery coordination. You will handle inquiries related to orders and products, supply proof of delivery, and establish new customer accounts.

Your proactive and collaborative approach will enable you to take ownership of the service process, ensuring timely responses and favorable outcomes for both our customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Address escalated customer inquiries Process and manage customer orders Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding sales orders and stock availability, with opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Generate daily reports and perform data analysis using SAP and Excel Collaborate with the broader team on pricing and product availability Coordinate with customers and dispatch teams to manage and follow up on deliveries

Required Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

A strong customer service orientation Experience in a manufacturing (FMCG) or distribution setting Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across various functions Proficiency in SAP is preferred, along with MS Office 365 High attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities
