Job Description:

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
  2. Connect them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
  3. Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.

We are looking for Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload who want to transition into a secure, team-based role without the stress of running their own business or becoming NDIS Registered.
