**Process Optimisation Expert Role**

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Process Optimisation Expert.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation by simplifying complexity and designing smarter processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering analysis to identify opportunities for process simplification and optimisation across the enterprise
  • Engaging with executives and senior leadership on high-priority projects, leading diagnostic work, surfacing insights, and delivering clear action plans
  • Creating meaningful communications packs that summarise complex information and provide a compelling reason to act
  • Flexing from strategy to detail, defining governance, setting measures for success, and owning delivery
  • Translating complexity into clarity to enable better decision making, improved customer and colleague experiences, and scalable future models

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations, change, or process improvement
  • Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to summarise complex information and communicate clearly with executive audiences
  • Proven ability to make meaningful packs, influence decision making, and deliver outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at the senior level
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on simplification and measurable impact
  • Experience developing and delivering change plans, with the ability to own delivery and meet tight deadlines
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, UX, automation, or process mining would be an advantage
