About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Paediatric Medicine team at the Women's and Children's Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support services to the Department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of clerical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Department, including maintaining accurate records, booking lists, and other details.
  • Contribute to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records and booking lists.
  • Assist in the management of outpatient clinic bookings and ensure seamless communication with patients and staff.
Requirements
  • High-level time management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs.
  • Ability to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs.
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
