Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
