Job Opportunity: Evening Operations Lead

The Evening Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in the property-based Operations team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents as well as the effective management and escalation of incidents during evening shifts.

This role involves working night shifts from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster, requiring exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Audit and Compliance: Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, including room charges, cash handling, and credit card transactions.
  • Evening Shift Management: Manage the night shift operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth operations during the evening.
  • Guest Account Verification: Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and improve operational procedures to maintain high standards, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Premises Security: Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the evening, monitoring CCTV systems, and promptly address any security concerns or emergencies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between shifts, promoting a cohesive work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
