Job Overview

The successful applicant will provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive interventions and integrated psychosocial responses to young people experiencing severe mental health concerns. They will also provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to ensure the delivery of strengths-based and recovery-oriented mental health care and treatment.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, therapies, and care coordination for young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique requirements of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance youth mental health pathways and services.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes to ensure best practices in mental health care.
  • Offer clinical supervision and support to staff and students.
