Digital Health Transformation Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • We need you to develop digital and technology strategies for healthcare providers and system managers, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • You'll define and implement future state operating models to enhance service delivery, utilizing your expertise in process optimization and change management.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll conduct options analysis, business case development, and funding submissions for government agencies and healthcare providers.
  • Your role will involve managing technology-enabled transformational change initiatives that benefit patients and providers, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
  • You'll support business development activities to grow our presence in the health sector, leveraging your network and industry expertise.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong background in consulting or professional services, or a health industry background, with relevant experience in digital transformations.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent industry experience, with a focus on business administration, public health, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification is highly desirable, as well as experience leading digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level.
  • You'll bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
