Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Customer Advocate in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Customer Advocate in implementing customer governance activities across the organization
- Undertaking detailed analysis and thematic reviews of customer data to identify risks, issues, and improvements
- Engaging with customers, their representatives, and stakeholders to resolve complex customer conduct issues
- Role modeling an enterprise customer culture and building a shared sense of direction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant degree qualifications, e.g., law, business, or other relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in relevant professional experience (approx. 8 years)
- Strong collaborator and experience working within a matrix organization
- Highly developed written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
