About the Role

We are seeking experienced individuals to provide assistance to people with complex needs in Wonthaggi. The role involves:

  • Implementing support plans based on the person's needs, preferences, and interests
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
  • Aiding people to get to their chosen activities, such as social events, appointments, and work commitments
  • Promoting personal choice and control for the person

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with people with complex needs
  • A passion for enabling and working with people
  • The desire for meaningful work and comfort providing people with daily living support
  • Willingness to work as part of a team

You will also need:

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker screening Check
Working with Children Check
Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
