We're looking for a passionate professional to join our team as a Job Coach. As a key member of our Inclusive Employment program, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.

About the Role
Inclusive Employment is dedicated to providing tailored support and assistance to our customers. Our focus is on understanding their skills and abilities, rather than their limitations. We believe this approach allows us to deliver effective solutions and find employment that suits each individual's needs.
As a Job Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering these services. You'll work closely with our customers, employers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the employment journey.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Confidence to talk to local employers and businesses
- Goal-focused approach
- Ability to look for solutions and overcome objections
- Awareness of the vulnerabilities when looking for work and the effects of unemployment
- Empathy, but also resilience
- The ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
