About Us:
We are a registered NDIS provider that prides itself on its professional approach to giving the best standard of service. We work alongside participants in formulating a goals-based approach strategy to their development, enshrined in their support plan. The support specialists we hire will aim to assist participants to reach the goals set out in their plan, ensuring they can develop to their full potential.
Experience with mental health such as Autism, Bipolar and Schizophrenia is essential.

Eligibility Criteria for Support Specialist Role:
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- National police check
- Working with children's check (WWCC)
- NDIS worker's screening
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Disability or Mental Health
- A current First Aid and CPR certificates
- 100 points of Identification
- Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is beneficial
The role as a Support Specialist will include but not limited to:
- Domestic assistance and community access
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work with clients with complex intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges
- Initiative and problem-solving skills whilst providing care
- Be a team player and have a strong positive 'can-do' attitude
