Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular key performance targets for your department
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example and communicate management expectations
  • High volume stock management and merchandising
  • Liaise with teams to launch catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups
  • Assist in recruitment, training and development functions
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and implement initiatives to increase profit

What We're Looking For

  • Retail management experience is essential
  • High volume or big box stock management skills preferred
  • An owner's mindset in leadership style
  • A passionate attitude that inspires teams to exceed goals
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance plans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • First aid certified, or willing to be trained
