We are seeking experienced professionals to fill two leadership roles in our Indigenous, Inclusion & Diversity Section.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about advancing reconciliation within the department and contributing to organisational cultural growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) to advance reconciliation within the department.
- Manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure best work practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally to the Department.
- Be accountable for milestones and key deliverables as part of this unique project.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor progress and impact, regularly evaluating outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indigenous communities and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements:- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in Indigenous liaison and HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of the Australian Public Service (APS) Values and Code of Conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and staff at all levels.
