Exhibition Project Lead

As an exhibition project lead, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of industry specialists to deliver high-impact projects across Australia and New Zealand. Your role will involve leading onsite teams and managing day-to-day operations.

You will be working closely with experienced account managers to conceptualise bespoke projects that meet the needs of top-tier clients. This will involve developing new client project skills and ensuring seamless stakeholder experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in projects or production, exhibition, events, or similar industries
  • Exceptional time management and budgeting skills, high accuracy
  • Professional communication skills, client-facing bump-in/handover exposure preferred
  • Strong foundation in process management, continuous improvement advantageous
  • Qualifications in construction, design, project management, or similar preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently, occasional weekend/after-hours work, time in lieu
  • Knowledge of construction, fit-out, manufacturing, and fabrication processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, working under pressure
