About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Exhibition Installation Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our installation crew, you will play a pivotal role in the on-site construction and de-construction of our projects, ensuring high-quality installation, operation, and service of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and inspect exhibition floorplans to identify potential installation challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to schedule installations and services, attending pre-construction meetings to discuss project requirements and timelines.
  • Install and maintain exhibition stands, ensuring all components necessary for the build are present and correctly assembled.
  • Analyze production drawings to identify mistakes and rectify them before proceeding with the installation.
  • Deliver projects on time, communicating setbacks or issues to the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections, taking photos of installed products and following up on project completeness.
  • Document problems, safety issues, close calls, successes, and completion statuses for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in exhibition stand construction or similar fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with exhibition fabrication and installation processes is essential.
  • Owning own tools is mandatory.
  • Forklift license is highly desirable.
  • EWP license is also desirable.
  • Understanding of exhibition floor plans and show manuals is crucial.
  • Ability to read construction drawings is necessary.
  • Knowledge of rigging and site services is vital.
  • A strong command of English, both written and verbal, is required.
