Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our climate change and biodiversity loss advocacy initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of ongoing advocacy programs with national volunteer structures to achieve LSM Advocacy objectives.
  • Develop and lead core advocacy initiatives in target countries for the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty uptake by the Catholic Church.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate high-quality climate change and biodiversity loss initiative outcomes according to LSM's strategy.
  • Establish effective communication and facilitate dialogue between national members and government authorities to achieve campaign objectives.
Requirements
  • Endorses and embodies LSM values and the Laudato Si paradigm in behavior and words.
  • Demonstrates strong experience campaigning against fossil fuels and strategic communications with governments, officials, and national authorities.
  • Possesses 3-5 years of experience in campaigning on climate change.
