Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Onboarding Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events, scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and responding to queries via email/Slack.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events
  • Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack
  • Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort
  • Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack
  • Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems
  • Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks
  • Project coordination or program management experience a plus
  • A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges
