Onboarding Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events. They will schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack.

  • Key responsibilities include creating and assigning onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort, delivering clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack, and maintaining calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems.

Additionally, the Onboarding Coordinator will set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required skills and qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable), proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks, project coordination or program management experience a plus, and a proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
