Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced agronomist to provide advanced agricultural advice and solutions to customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on specialty agricultural services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with growers to develop and implement cropping plans that meet their production needs.
  • Develop and deliver precision agriculture services to advance our offerings to growers.
  • Collaborate with senior agronomists and branch managers to develop and present agronomy strategies.
  • Support customer management by developing business plans for new and existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with key suppliers and develop demonstration sites.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A tertiary qualification such as a Bachelor of Science/Agronomy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to change and effective interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in agricultural production and technology.
