Senior Agronomist Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Agronomist to join our Field Services Team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional agricultural services and advice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing cropping plans using the Agworld platform to support growers' production and service needs.
  • Advancing Precision Agriculture services by developing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with branch managers and senior agronomists to develop and present agronomy strategies.
  • Supporting key customer management by developing business plans for new and existing customers.
  • Communicating with suppliers and developing demonstration sites.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Agronomy or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in agricultural production and technology.
