Senior Agricultural Specialist

As a seasoned agricultural specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing premium agricultural services and expert advice.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with growers to establish tailored cropping plans that cater to their unique needs and production goals. This will involve utilizing the latest agricultural technology platforms to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with growers to develop comprehensive crop management strategies
- Continuously improve and expand our services offered to growers, including precision agriculture initiatives
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to design and present cutting-edge agronomy solutions
- Support key customer relationships by developing customized business strategies for new and existing customers
- Establish partnerships with key suppliers and develop demonstration sites
To succeed in this role, you must possess significant experience as an agricultural specialist, backed by relevant tertiary qualifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and build effective working relationships. A genuine passion for agricultural production and innovation is also highly valued.
