Our organisation is seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Agronomist to work with us. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing specialist agricultural services and advice to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include liaising with growers to establish cropping plans, advancing our services provided to growers through the development and implementation of Precision Agriculture, developing and presenting agronomy strategies in conjunction with branch managers and senior agronomists, supporting key customer management by developing business plans for new and existing customers, and communicating with key suppliers and developing demonstration sites.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist with tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelor of Science/Agronomy. You will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to change and have effective interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in agricultural production and technology.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about agronomy and have highly developed technical, management and leadership skills. Your demonstrated business leadership will also give you an advantage.
