Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
About the Role:
- Collect blood and other specimens with accuracy and care
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of samples
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Mainly collect blood and other biological specimens from patients using various techniques such as venipuncture and capillary puncture.
- Record all specimen collection data accurately in our database system ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Label and store collected specimens correctly to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide exceptional patient care by treating them with respect and empathy at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (not required but preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Previous experience working as a phlebotomist or medical lab assistant (we can provide training for new hires)
