About the Role:- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using expertise to deliver valuable insights and recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities, growing NES Fircroft's reputation within your sector.
- Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, sharing experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, using expertise to deliver valuable insights and recruitment strategies.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, growing NES Fircroft's reputation within your sector.
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Guide and support junior team members, sharing experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of contract recruitment experience in an agency setting.
- Sector Knowledge: Proven expertise in either Power & Renewables or Construction & Infrastructure sectors, with a focus on contract placements.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Self-Motivation: Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
