Laser Clinics Group is seeking a highly skilled Confidence Building Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a 3-month contract. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering an ambitious network growth project, focusing on high-volume recruitment into clinics across New Zealand.

This role requires someone who shares the company's passion for helping people feel confident and good in their own skin. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, with strong organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all hiring requests, aligning sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics for the NZ market, posting advertisements to job boards, conducting interviews with candidates, coordinating offer processes, and developing a pipeline of talent using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, or other job boards.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has high-volume recruitment experience in agency or internal settings.
  • Can work in a dynamic environment, prioritising deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Is goal-oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets.
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and job boards is essential.
