Collections and Recoveries Specialist

Key to our commercial lending business is the role of Collections and Recoveries Specialist, offering working capital to businesses to aid their growth.

This experienced specialist will act as a "2IC" to the Collections Manager, with opportunities for growth and leadership. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include instructing agents, law firms, and insolvency practitioners, effective collections workflow management, payment plan negotiation and settlement, and managing accounts receivable and collections.

  • Instructing agents, law firms, and insolvency practitioners
  • Effective collections workflow management (from 0-30 all the way to 120+)
  • Payment plan negotiation and settlement

The successful candidate will have previous experience in non-bank commercial lending, a methodical approach to problem solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills, and ability to accomplish tasks autonomously or within a team.
