Job Summary: We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Allied Health team in Broome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred assessments and tailored support plans
- Provide therapy, intervention or care coordination services
- Liaise with families, carers and service providers
- Prescribe assistive technology where required
- Ensure culturally safe, inclusive and respectful care
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) in Speech Pathology, OT or Social Work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to cultural safety and Aboriginal health
- Adaptability and compassion in supporting diverse clients
Salary: Earn from $98,000 – $113,000 + Super (depending on skills & experience)
Flexible work options: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

6 weeks' Annual leave
Relocation assistance up to $5,000
Remote Area Allowance up to $1,300 p.a.
