This is an exciting career opportunity for a skilled medical professional to join our healthcare team in Darwin. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare specialists.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients, take their medical histories, order laboratory tests and X-rays as necessary, and perform other diagnostic procedures.
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health needs.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
  • Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat various diseases.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and their families on health care, including health promotion, disease prevention, and accident prevention.
  • Offer counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
About the Role
  • We are a reputable GP practice offering flexible working hours (8 am - 4:30 pm weekdays) and excellent working conditions.

About You
  • You should hold FRACGP, FACRRM, or a comparable specialist pathway qualification, demonstrating your expertise in general practice.
  • You will suit a General Practitioner who has experience in skin cancer management, minor surgical procedures, women's health, and chronic disease management, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
