Regional Commercial Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to lead a senior commercial team in a top-tier professional services organization.

You will oversee the operational, commercial, and financial performance across multiple divisions with full P&L control and strategic stewardship.

As a seasoned commercial finance leader, you will partner with divisional heads and partners to conduct planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also play a key role in formulating pricing strategies and analyzing profitability.

Additionally, you will lead projects, provide executive-level decision support, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

We are seeking a proven commercial finance leader with prior experience managing high-performance business-facing teams within a large (preferably global) professional services firm.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional C-Suite engagement skills, commercial acumen, and a track record in project management.

  • Senior commercial finance leadership experience from a global group
  • Up to mid-300s package, hybrid working model available
