Director of Commercial Operations

We are currently seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to join our team responsible for overseeing the contractual and commercial aspects of a large, complex infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing commercial and contractual matters across major infrastructure projects. They will be well-versed in anticipating and addressing risks that impact equity and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and risk management to protect project value and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve commercial and contractual disputes.
  • Driving business growth through effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.

About You:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in major infrastructure or construction projects, preferably within a PPP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, legal, engineering, and commercial management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively at senior levels.
