Job Title

We are seeking a Pricing Strategist to assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions.

The ideal candidate will contribute to design and deploy strategic pricing strategies, support request for proposal processes, provide insights into pricing data and tools, and be a change agent with regards to value and market pricing structures.

This role requires strong financial acumen, with intermediate skills in data analysis, and Excel. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline, Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other similar discipline, and a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar pricing analyst, financial analyst, or comparable role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement strategic pricing operations as an end-to-end process, including pricing strategy development, price setting, pricing process governance, and tool maintenance, in alignment with business strategy.
  • Maintain and evolve pricing science, data models, tools, and process to drive strategic pricing foundation.
  • Lead and support customer request for proposal processes in partnership with the sales team, ensuring market dynamics and value-based pricing principles are considered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect customer and market intelligence, develop effective pricing strategies, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
  • Strong financial acumen, with intermediate skills in data analysis, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline, Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other similar discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar pricing analyst, financial analyst, or comparable role.
