We're seeking a Commercial Pricing Specialist to drive strategic decision-making and manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead pricing and commercial strategy for the postpaid portfolio, focusing on plan pricing, handset pricing, and multi-service bundles.
- Develop pricing recommendations for tactical offers, new device launches, and activities to stimulate growth.
- Present analysis and insights to key stakeholders, including finance teams.
- Prepare and present performance reporting packs to forums involving immediate team members and senior management.
- Conduct research to generate insights into competitor activity, past offer performance, and customer behavior to inform growth-orientated propositions.
- Monitor profitability from both margin and average plan value perspectives to ensure effective recommendations meet budgetary targets.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a commercial focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to adapt to rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a positive attitude.
