You will combine advanced analytics with strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights, influence decision-making, and achieve measurable results across the business.

  • Pricing Strategy & Optimisation: Lead the holistic design and refinement of pricing frameworks to balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer perception
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and price movements to identify opportunities and risks
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to align pricing strategies with business goals
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in pricing processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Strategy roles (retail or FMCG experience preferred)
  • A proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and challenge norms
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets and conducting complex analyses (Excel, Google Sheets; SQL an advantage)
  • Deep commercial understanding of the relationship between pricing, sales, and profitability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
