The Community Impact Program Facilitator role is an exceptional opportunity to empower school-aged children through the Just Like You program, sharing your lived experience of disability and inspiring positive change.
This educational initiative is designed to equip Australian students with a comprehensive understanding of living life with a disability, promoting social inclusion from an early age.
We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong appreciation for diversity and inclusivity to join our team based in the Sydney region, NSW.
As a Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, both in-person and virtually.
You will also build and maintain successful relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships while collecting valuable teacher feedback.
Key responsibilities include achieving KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback, serving as a brand ambassador, and engaging, inspiring, and motivating school-aged audiences through face-to-face and digital mediums.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of living with a disability, previous experience in presenting, teaching, or educating ideally to school-age groups, and the ability to learn and retain content for presentations.
Additionally, you must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid and current Working with Children Check and possess a valid driver's license and access to a car with compulsory third-party insurance for in-school facilitation within a 60km radius of Sydney.

- Previous experience in presenting, teaching, or educating ideally to school-age groups

- Valid driver's license and access to a car with compulsory third-party insurance
