Empowering Individuals with Disabilities to Achieve Their Goals

FlexiHome Care is a dynamic organisation that helps individuals with disabilities reach their full potential and live independently. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care, contributing to the development of Customer Support Plans, and supporting customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other required tasks.

Maintaining accurate customer records on a daily basis is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing, experience in the disability sector, strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure with flexibility.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing support with personal care and living skills;
  • Assisting with transport and social activities;
  • Administering medication and assisting with daily tasks;
  • Maintaining accurate customer records;

  • Contributing to the development of Customer Support Plans.
