Embark on a challenging and rewarding career opportunity as a Property Development Marketing Lead with a well-established Property Development Group. Based in Melbourne, you will play a pivotal role in driving project marketing across a pipeline of greenfield projects in regional VIC.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to join a dynamic team and take ownership of project marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project marketing for greenfield/residential communities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Digital Agencies to produce high-quality collateral and digital assets, taking initiative to drive progress and meet deadlines.
  • Manage project marketing budgets and cash flow, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and present marketing strategies to stakeholders, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership.
  • Maintain brand identity consistency across all market release assets, including brochures, websites, and sales collateral.
  • Lead PR strategies, media releases, and corporate communications, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage events, including buyer engagement, project launches, VIP releases, and grand openings, creating memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
About You
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in property development marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of property markets, sales data analysis, and market trends, with the ability to generate insights and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess preferred qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, PR, or a related field, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
