About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Marketing Lead to drive project marketing across a pipeline of greenfield projects in regional VIC. As part of our collaborative marketing team, you will have opportunities for growth and development under an experienced senior marketer.

As Property Marketing Lead, you will oversee project marketing for greenfield/residential communities, coordinate with Creative and Digital Agencies for collateral and digital execution, manage the project marketing budget and cash flow, lead stakeholder meetings, and ensure brand identity consistency across all market release assets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project marketing for greenfield/residential communities, including coordinating with external agencies and managing budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote project launches, VIP releases, and grand openings.
  • Manage sales and marketing reporting and campaign reviews to track ROI and make data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in property marketing or a related field, preferably within residential communities or greenfield projects.
  • Strong understanding of market and sales data analysis, with experience in generating insights and enhancing campaign performance.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
