Community Engagement Specialist

You will provide vision, leadership and drive contract portfolio performance to maximize business growth and overall responsibility to ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all users, employees and contractors on client sites.
This role would suit a motivated professional who is passionate about community and aims for positive outcomes for site users.
- Manage and maintain close working relationships with client representatives and our team.
- Manage the delivery of facility management services within contract scope.
- Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, both internal and external.
- Ability to lead customer-focused teams, communicate our vision, build culture and drive success.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary education in facility management or similar qualifications.
- A sound understanding of cleaning practices.
- Experience in delivering presentations to various work groups.
- Competence in carrying out HSE risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Leadership ability.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Previous Defence or military experience is highly desirable but not essential.
